I work with individuals, couples, and families. Clients sometimes present with symptoms of anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, career concerns, or post traumatic stress only to find that the way through these issues can lead to greater personal/spiritual growth and enjoyment in living .
We begin by clarifying your intentions for change, while supporting your motivation for moving beyond old patterns that may be limiting your enjoyment of life, ability to handle stress, or develop nurturing and satisfying relationships.
Talk therapy can be helpful, but sometimes more than talk therapy is needed. I have tools for helping clients to connect with inner resources for change through a variety of mind-body-spirit approaches informed by neuroscience, mindfulness practices, music and art.
